My name is Nessa Nénharma. I know nessa=young but I'm not sure of the rest... So many differnt ways! Here is it Nessa, somewhere else it is Forfirith, CoE is Laitorni/Laurelin, in ArwenUndomiel is it some very confusing one............ I don't know which one is right............ Although my favourite is Laurelin.........

I know there are a lot of differences, I guess it just depends on the programing! I guess you should just go for the one you like best!!
[glow=blue,2,300]Nessa Nénharma[/glow] "Young Water-Treasure" (Quenya)
[glow=blue,2,300]Laurelin[/glow] Singing-gold (Quenya)
[glow=blue,2,300]Forfirith[/glow] Well I could not seem to find a form of "For" but [glow=blue,2,300]firith[/glow] is Season of fading (Sindarin)
[glow=blue,2,300]Laitorni[/glow] translates very oddly to very brothers (Quenya)
I like Laurelin also, for it is the name of one of the Trees of the Valar! Although Nessa Nénharma is quite nice too!!

[glow=purple,2,300]Círdan[/glow] "ship-builder" (Sindarin) [glow=purple,2,300]Helyanwë[/glow] "rainbow" (or literally "sky-bridge") (Quenyan) I found it a little odd that the first name is a Sindarin word and the last is Quenyan! But the Quenyan word for ship is círa so it is close anyways.

Yeah that is weird, although I myself have mixed them up when coming up with names in the Eldamar RP, sometimes it can give a nice ring to it, but pehaps he should have made 2 generators, one Sindarin and one Quenyan. However it is also possible that he made a mistake with that one word, for I have not noticed any other mix ups, it seems strickly Quenya. Anyways, I have found a "Middle-earth Name Generator" that will give you your Elven, Dwarven, Orkish, Andûaic and Hobbit names! Check it out I posted it as another topic in "Other Games"!!!

Nice! I'll go check it out. All these name translater things are cool to try out lol.
I guess he should make two different ones. That seems like a good idea!

Well, Lenwë has no actual translation, it is the name of an Elf from Tolkien's literature and he was the leader of the Nandor Elves.
Vanimedlë "Beautiful-Dear-One"
