Yikes!!! What happened to Legolas? and others might say (and I'm not complaining about) Haldir, and the twin brothers Elladen and Elrohir. (think that is how to spell the names.... ) Anyways I would've voted for Legolas if it were mentioned...... Laitorni

Ooops sorry!! I tend to forget about him somewhat, I always have Aragorn on the brain, even when the questions don't even involve him!!! I will keep him more in mind for any future polls!!

I do not mind at all!! ;D Fingolfin was the Elven King of Belegost in Beleriand. He lead the Noldor accross from Valinor to Middle-earth in pursuit of Morgoth.. After the Battle of Sudden Flame in 455 of the First Age, Fingolfin, seeing all the destruction about him, was filled with such anger and despair that he rode to the gate of Angband to challange Morgoth. In the ensuing duel, Fingolfin managed to give Morgoth seven great wounds with his sword Ringil, before Morgoth slew him.Círdan was the Elven Lord of the Grey Havens, and was the keeper of one of the Three Elven Rings, Narya, "the ring of fire", eventually he gave his ring to Gandalf. In 1975 of the Second Age, Círdan led a force of Elves and Men into the battle of Fornost, and defeated the Witch King of Angmar. At the end of the Third Age the Keepers of the Rings left Círdan's Havens, Círdan himself remained there long into the Fourth Age, untill the last of the Elves departed. If you look closely in the Grey Havens scene in the RotK, you can see him!!Finduilas was an Elven Princess of the First Age. She loved Gwindor, an Elven lord of Nargothrond, then Túrin hero of the Edain. After the destruction of Nargothrond, in 496, she was catured by Orcs and was slain by her evil captives at the Teiglin Crossings. Finduilas was also the name of a Dúnedain Princess of Dol Amroth, who was married to Denethor and was the mother of Faramir and Boromir. (although in this case I meant the first Finduilas!!)
